Common use of Prerequisites for Payment Approval Clause in Contracts

Prerequisites for Payment Approval. The Department will approve the payment of the Funding Amount to the Recipient provided: (a) the Department has received, reviewed and approved the Final Report and other Submission Items under clauses 4.4(a) or 4.4(b), as applicable; (b) the Recipient has submitted a Tax Invoice that meets the requirements of clauses 5.3(a) and 5.3(b); (c) any additional information requested by the Department under clause 5.3(c) has been provided to the Department's satisfaction; (d) the Recipient has provided to the Department a copy of the written consent referred to in clause 8(b); and (e) the Department is satisfied that the Recipient has fulfilled all of its obligations under this Agreement.
