Present Value of Benefit. If the Participant has not yet reached Normal Retirement Age, calculate the present value of the stated benefit by multiplying the stated benefit by the factor that is the product of (i) the applicable factor in Table I [if attained age is less than sixty-five (65)] or Table IA [if attained age is greater than or equal to sixty-five (65)], multiplied by (ii) the applicable factor in Table III. If the Participant is at or beyond Normal Retirement Age, calculate the present value of the stated benefit by multiplying the stated benefit by the factor in Table IV corresponding to that Normal Retirement Age.

  • Payment of Benefit The Company shall pay the annual benefit to the Executive in 12 equal monthly installments commencing with the month following the Executive’s Normal Retirement Date, paying the annual benefit to the Executive for a period of 15 years.

  • Amount of Benefit The annual benefit under this Section 3.1 is the Normal Retirement Benefit amount described in Section 2.1.1.

  • Net Benefit A Net Benefit for a particular fund or, in the case of a multi-class fund, a class results when aggregate Benefits exceed aggregate Losses (i.e., net redemptions on a day the fund’s or class’s NAV is understated or net subscriptions on a day the fund’s or class’s NAV is overstated) during the Error Period.

  • ACCRUAL OF BENEFIT The Advisory Committee will determine the accrual of benefit (Employer contributions and Participant forfeitures) on the basis of the Plan Year in accordance with the Employer's elections in its Adoption Agreement.

  • Amount of Benefits The vested amount credited to a Participant’s Account as determined under Articles 6, 7 and 8 shall determine and constitute the basis for the value of benefits payable to the Participant under the Plan.

  • Normal Retirement Benefit Upon Termination of Employment on or after the Normal Retirement Age for reasons other than death, the Company shall pay to the Executive the benefit described in this Section 2.1 in lieu of any other benefit under this Agreement.

  • Calculation of Benefits Immediately following delivery of any Notice of Termination, the Company shall notify the Executive of the aggregate present value of all termination benefits to which he would be entitled under this Agreement and any other plan, program or arrangement as of the projected Date of Termination, together with the projected maximum payments, determined as of such projected Date of Termination that could be paid without the Executive being subject to the Excise Tax.
