Amount of Benefit definition

Amount of Benefit. The benefit under this Section 4.4 is 100% of the Deferral Account balance at Termination of Service.

  • The Company’s liability for all Transfers as described above shall not exceed the maximum Amount of Benefit stated in the Schedule.
