Common use of Preservation of Evidence Clause in Contracts

Preservation of Evidence. The protecting agency is responsible to preserve information and evidence pertaining to the origin and cause of the fire. As initial action is taken on a fire, all parties will take action to protect and preserve the fire origin area and evidence pertaining to the fire cause and any costs.
