Preservation of Performance Records. CONTRACTOR shall preserve, in accordance with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations and standards, any and all performance records prepared and maintained pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement for a period of ten (10) years after final payment hereunder, and for such longer period, if any, as required by applicable statute or this Agreement. 1.
