As developing ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ sites has been a consensus of the society at large, the displacement of ComV parking spaces in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ sites is considered inevitable. 4.4.3 The ComV parking spaces displaced in STT and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ sites would undoubtedly aggravate the ComV parking problem in Hong Kong. It is recommended that the Government should adopt the following measures to minimise the loss of ComV parking spaces in both STT and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ sites under the current administrative framework and formulate a long-term plan for dealing with ComV parking spaces in both STT and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ sties.
