Common use of President and/or Association Representative Clause in Contracts

President and/or Association Representative. 4 The President of the Association and one Association Representative (Rep) shall, upon 5 request of the Association, be granted a leave of absence with pay for up to three-fifths of 6 her/his work week (0.6 FTE), unless otherwise authorized, and reimbursed by the 7 Tumwater Education Association. This leave shall be extended on an annual basis as 8 authorized by the Tumwater Education Association. The Association President, and/or 9 Rep, shall receive a prorated planning period based on their non-released FTE. 10
