President's Level. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Step Two, a request for review may be filed with the President or designee within ten (10) days of the date of the decision at Step Two. The request for review shall be presented on the Grievance Review Form. Upon request of either party, the President or designee shall meet with the grievant within ten (10) days of receipt of this request, and the President or designee shall send a decision in writing to the grievant, AAP grievance officer, and the AAP President within ten (10) days of such meeting or within ten (10) days of receiving the request for review if no meeting is held.
