Common use of PRESS AND MEDIA Clause in Contracts

PRESS AND MEDIA. The Organiser shall provide adequate working facilities and a professional press and me- dia service as set out in the FIS Media Service Guidelines, the latest version of which can be downloaded from the FIS Website xxxxx://xxx.xxx-xxx.xxx/en/inside-fis/document-library/communications The press and media service shall be established and operated in conformance with the instructions of the FIS PR and Media Committee as well as of the FIS Communications Department. Recommendations of the International Association of Ski Journalists shall be given due consideration. The Organiser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a state-of-the-art WiFi network in the entire Sports Area with free access to the Media.
