Presumption of Receipt. Notices, declarations, invoices etc. shall be deemed received: if delivered by hand, on the first (1) business day following the delivery day; if sent by post, on the fifth (5) business day after the date of posting; if sent by e-mail, the same business day if sent prior to 17:00 o’clock and the next business day if sent after 17:00 o’clock (Eastern European Time); communication by e-mail is deemed made when it is sent by the sending Party to the receiving Party, unless the sending Party receives a message of non-delivery;
