Presumption of Receipt. All communications so sent whether by messenger, mail, telegraph, facsimile, electronic mail or otherwise, shall be deemed delivered and received, unless otherwise notified to CIF by Client. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure the Account correctness and accuracy and to contact CIF immediately with any discrepancies.
