Prohibited Conduct In providing the services described in this agreement, the Sub-Advisor will not consult with any other investment advisory firm that provides investment advisory services to any investment company sponsored by Principal Life Insurance Company regarding transactions for the Fund in securities or other assets.
EMPLOYMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS PROHIBITED In accordance with §2.2-4311.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, the Contractor must not during the performance of this Contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien, as that term is defined in the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

Prevention of Fraud and Corruption 18.1 The Supplier shall not offer, give, or agree to give anything, to any person an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Agreement or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Agreement.
Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Business Associate will neither use nor disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information, except as permitted or required by this Addendum or in writing by the Covered Entity or as Required by Law. This Agreement does not authorize the Business Associate to use or disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information in a manner that will violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the Covered Entity.
Human Trafficking Prohibition Pursuant to Section 2155.0061 of the Texas Government Code, PSP certifies that it is not ineligible to receive this agreement and acknowledges that this Agreement may be terminated and payment withheld if PSP’s certification in this matter is inaccurate. TFC may not award a contract, including a contract for which purchasing authority is delegated to a state agency, that includes proposed financial participation by a person who, during the five-year (5) period preceding the date of the award, has been convicted of any offense related to the direct support or promotion of human trafficking.
Prevention of Corruption The Contractor shall not offer, give, or agree to give anything, to any person an inducement or reward for doing, refraining from doing, or for having done or refrained from doing, any act in relation to the obtaining or execution of the Contract or for showing or refraining from showing favour or disfavour to any person in relation to the Contract.
Prevention of Fraud D2.1 The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps, in accordance with Good Industry Practice, to prevent Fraud by Staff and the Contractor (including its shareholders, members, directors) in connection with the receipt of monies from the Authority.
PROHIBITION ON NON-COMPETE RESTRICTIONS Grantee shall not require any employees or Subcontractors to agree to any conditions, such as non-compete clauses or other contractual arrangements that would limit or restrict such persons or entities from employment or contracting with the State of Texas.
