Common use of Previous Accommodation Clause in Contracts

Previous Accommodation. If an employee who has been previously accommodated as a result of a medically documented disability, is displaced or bumped by another employee, the Employer and the Union will meet to find a placement which maintains a reasonable level of accommodation for the disabled employee, or identify alternative options for the senior employee.
