Previous Service. Your employment with any other public employer as set out in the NJC agreement will be considered as part of a continuous period of employment with the Council for the purposes of your contract of employment.
Previous Service. Section 1. It is mutually agreed and understood that employees covered by this Agreement entering into the employ ment of a new employer shall start at the rate of pay determined by their previous experience if in the same classification.

A new Employee who enters the Employer’s employment with service from another Board of Education within the Province of Ontario, a public University, a College of Applied Arts and Technology, the Municipal Government, or any other organization acceptable to the Director of Education, with no intervening employment, shall be credited, for the purposes of vacation entitlement only, with previous service, provided that application of this Article shall not result in duplication of vacation pay.
