Price Evaluation. For the purpose of evaluation, and for no other purpose, evaluation of prices submitted will be made on the basis that the Government will order the estimated quantities shown in Section B β SERVICES AND PRICES, of this solicitation. M.8. SEPARATE CHARGES Separate charges, in any form, are not solicited. For example, proposals containing any charges for failure of the Government to exercise any options will be rejected. The Government shall not be obligated to pay any charges other than the contract price, including any exercised options.
