Purchase of Retail Power Illinois Power Marketing Company d/b/a Homefield Energy (Homefield Energy) agrees to sell, and you, as a participant in the City of Bloomington Opt-Out Aggregation Program, agree to buy, all your residential power and energy service (Retail Power) at the price and on the terms and conditions specified in this Agreement. Homefield Energy is an independent seller of power and energy service certified by the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC Docket No. 14-0015). Homefield Energy has been selected by City of Bloomington as the supplier for its June 2020-June 2022 Opt-Out Government Aggregation Program. The Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement have been the subject of negotiations between Homefield Energy and City of Bloomington. Your Delivery Service Provider (DSP)—Ameren Illinois— retains responsibility for the delivery of electricity to your home. Homefield Energy’s obligations under this Agreement are conditioned upon you providing complete and accurate information to Homefield Energy throughout the Term.
Price for Products (a) All Products Delivered to Buyer in accordance with this Agreement shall be purchased by Buyer at the Price specified on the Cover Sheet hereto and in accordance with this Section 5.1.
Shipping must be Freight On Board Destination to the delivery location designated on the Customer purchase order The Contractor will retain title and control of all goods until delivery is completed and the Customer has accepted the delivery. All risk of transportation and all related charges are the responsibility of the Contractor. The Customer will notify the Contractor and H-GAC promptly of any damaged goods and will assist the Contractor in arranging for inspection. The Contractor must file all claims for visible or concealed damage. Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, deliveries must consist only of new and unused merchandise.

Price of Electricity The price in cents per kilowatt-hour includes: electric generation supply, transmission, capacity charges in PJM, and renewable energy credits; any applicable taxes, (excluding state sales tax and county tax).The price of electricity may include a Monthly Base Charge as outlined in the Plan Information Box. Clearview Energy’s supply charges do not include any EDC charges applied to the Customer.
Price Warranty The Contractor warrants that the prices for the items sold to the City hereunder are not less favorable than those currently extended to any other customer for the same or similar items in similar quantities. The Contractor warrants that prices shown on this Purchase Order/Vendor Contract are complete, and that no additional charge of any type shall be added without the City’s express written consent.
Purchase Order Number NETAPP's purchase order number must appear on all invoices, packing lists and bills of lading and shall appear on each package, container or envelope on each shipment made pursuant to such purchase order.

Option A For each week of leave up to the 19th week, inclusive, the University will pay 90% of regular salary, less the maximum amount of weekly pay any individual is eligible to receive in accordance with the EIA (the “EI Max”), regardless of whether or not such amount is actually received by the Employee. If the Employee provides proof that their EIA entitlement is less than the EI Max, their weekly payment from the University will be 90% of regular salary less the amount of their EIA entitlement. OR
