Common use of Priced Orders Clause in Contracts

Priced Orders. For each proposed order, the Contractor agrees that it will submit such cost or pricing data as the Contracting Officer may require. Promptly thereafter, the Contractor and the Contracting Officer shall negotiate the price and delivery schedule for the proposed order. Upon execution and receipt of the priced order, the Contractor shall promptly commence the work specified in the order.
