PRICES, NOTATIONS, AND MISTAKES. No charge shall be allowed for the preparation of a response to this RFP or negotiation or drafting of any other Contract Documents. All prices and notations must be in ink or typewritten. Mistakes may be crossed out and corrections typed or printed adjacent and initialed in ink by the person who signs the proposal. Prices shall be stated in units and bids made separately on each item as provided in Exhibit G. Prices quoted shall be F.O.B. In case of conflict, unit prices will govern. Where there is a conflict between words and figures, words will govern. The total amount of the submittal will be the sum of the total prices of all items in the submittal schedule. The total price of the unit price items will be the product of the unit price and the estimated quantity of the item. In case of discrepancy between the unit price and total price of an item, the unit price shall prevail. If the unit price is ambiguous, unintelligible, or uncertain for any cause, or is omitted, it shall be the amount obtained by dividing the amount set forth as the total price by the estimated quantity of the item.

Additional bid packages will not be furnished by the Lake Metroparks. QUESTIONS, INTERPRETATION, OR CORRECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS. Bidders shall notify the Procurement Office promptly of any error, omission, or inconsistency that may be discovered during examination of the solicitation. Requests for interpretation, correction, or clarification shall be made in writing to the Procurement Office. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing, either by mail or facsimile, to Procurement Office at 00000 Xxxxx Xx. or fax: 000-000-0000 and shall arrive on or before the day and time listed elsewhere in this bid request. Any questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Bidder’s company name, address, phone and fax number, and contact person must be included with the questions or comments. Oral questions may be presented at any pre- bid conference held for this solicitation.

  • Description of Goods or Services and Additional Terms and Conditions The Contractor shall perform as set forth in Exhibit A. For purposes of this Contract, to perform and the performance in Exhibit A is referred to as “Perform” and the “Performance.”

  • TECHNICAL PROVISIONS The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, tools, transportation, supplies, manpower and pay disposal fees, to complete the work specified in this contract. As stated, the work performed will consist of mowing (roadside and slope/ditch mowing, litter and grass clipping removal, edging, herbicide treatment, brush control), fertilization of turf and additional litter removal.

  • Authorized User Terms and Conditions As noted above, the terms and conditions set forth in this section are expressly incorporated in, and applicable to, the Authorized User Agreement resulting from this Contract. The following sections are intended as descriptive and are not intended to limit or otherwise restrict the terms and conditions set forth herein.

  • Attachments, inconsistencies and severability This Consortium Agreement consists of this core text and Attachment 1 (Background included) Attachment 2 (Accession document) Attachment 3 (List of Third Parties for simplified transfer according to Section 8.2.2) Attachment 4 (Identified Affiliated Entities) In case the terms of this Consortium Agreement are in conflict with the terms of the Grant Agreement, the terms of the latter shall prevail. In case of conflicts between the attachments and the core text of this Consortium Agreement, the latter shall prevail. Should any provision of this Consortium Agreement become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Consortium Agreement. In such a case, the Parties concerned shall be entitled to request that a valid and practicable provision be negotiated which fulfils the purpose of the original provision.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin.
