Bid Packages. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing and issuing bid packages or request for proposals for Subcontracts. Selection of such Subcontractors and execution of related Subcontracts shall comply with the requirements of Section 2.4 of the Agreement.

6.2.2.1 If the Project utilizes the State’s electronic bidding software, the A/E or its designee shall provide the Contract Documents in PDF format to the Contracting Authority 1 business day before the first advertisement.

Contractor shall receive the bids and perform the formal bid evaluations. Contractor will provide Owner the technical sections of the Material Requisition for Purchase (MRP) for Major Equipment and the final vendor documents released for manufacturing.
Bid Packages. Bidding processes may be required for subcontracts (except design services contracts) that exceed US$ 100,000.00. In such cases CFZ shall develop bidders’ interest in the Work, and establish bidding schedules. CFZ shall issue bidding documents approved by ESTABLISHMENT to bidders and conduct pre-bid conferences with prospective bidders. CFZ shall answer questions from bidders and issue the necessary addenda. ESTABLISHMENT shall have the right to attend any Pre-bid conferences and actively participate in these processes. CFZ shall receive bids, prepare bid analyses and make recommendations and comment with ESTABLISHMENT the results of the bid for all subcontractors required during the Build-Out Preconstruction stage and the Build-Out Construction stage, in order to ensure compliance with Project requirements, budget and scope. CFZ shall provide ESTABLISHMENT with at least three qualified bids, unless otherwise authorized by ESTABLISHMENT. ESTABLISHMENT shall necessarily choose one of those three bids provided, unless ESTABLISHMENT has a reasonable objection in which case ESTABLISHMENT can direct CFZ to seek new bids, provided that any impact to the Master Schedule will be deemed as an ESTABLISHMENT delay. CFZ will sign a Contract for such works with the accepted contractor in accordance with the terms of the bid subject, however, to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
Bid Packages. The Associate shall obtain all necessary prevailing wage determinations and shall include them in packages of the Contract Documents. The Associate shall assemble the Contract Documents into appropriate packages and shall distribute the packages to prospective Bidders, the Owner and other appropriate persons, including without limitation any applicable local or regional plan room organizations.
Bid Packages. The CM shall obtain all necessary prevailing wage determinations and shall include them in packages of the Contract Documents. The CM shall assemble the Contract Documents into appropriate packages and shall provide a sufficient quantity of Contract Documents to the COUNTY for distribution to prospective Bidders, the A/E, and other appropriate persons, including without limitation any applicable local or regional plan room organizations.
Bid Packages. As required, CFZ shall develop bidders’ interest in the Work, submit the bidders list to VOLCANO’s Project Manager, who is entitled to suggest the inclusion or exclusion of bidders, that all will be mutually approved, and establish bidding schedules. CFZ shall issue bidding documents approved by VOLCANO to bidders and conduct prebid conferences with prospective bidders. CFZ shall answer questions from bidders and issue the necessary addenda. VOLCANO shall have the right to attend any Prebid conferences and to review and approve any answers to questions and addenda. CFZ shall receive bids, prepare bid analyses and make recommendations and comment with VOLCANO the results of the bid for all subcontractors required during the Construction Phase, in order to ensure compliance with Project requirements, budget and scope. Subcontracts exceeding fifty thousand ($50 000), CFZ will request 3 bids from 3 different contractors and VOLCANO´s Project Manager will decide which contractors to use for the specific work or less bids at VOLCANO´s Project Manager discretion. VOLCANO shall necessarily choose one of those three bids provided unless VOLCANO has a reasonable objection in which case VOLCANO can direct CFZ to seek new bids. Once VOLCANO has accepted a bid, CFZ will sign a Contract for such works with the accepted contractor in accordance with the terms of the bid subject, however, to the terms and conditions of this Contract.
