PRICES QUOTED. Prices submitted as indicated in the sealed bid are final. Bidders acknowledge that prices quoted will be valid for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of bid opening. Each specification, make and model must be priced and bid separately. Prices should reflect the final cost the bidder can expect to receive for payment for the specifications bid. These prices must be inclusive of all of the components included in the base specification. Prices bid, including options, must include the administrative fee FSA charges to administer the contract, as outlined in Section 3.28. Prices must be Free On Board (FOB) destination. Once awarded, the vendor has the authority to offer discounts for prompt payment. Cash or quantity discounts offered will not be a consideration in determination of award of the bid.
