Common use of Pricing Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Pricing Adjustments. To the extent the Agreement contains any provision allowing Vendor to escalate or otherwise increase prices or costs for services as set forth in the Agreement, no such provision shall be valid or enforceable. No prices or costs may be increased by Vendor until and unless notice of proposed increase is provided to City by Vendor and agreed to in writing by City.
