Pricing and Payment Terms for Freight Services. Pactiv will invoice Xxxxxxxx for the actual shipping costs and its service fees for Freight Services as set forth in Schedule 2. All invoices issued for Freight Services hereunder shall be payable within thirty (30) days of receipt.
