Pricing Changes. (a) At any time and from time to time the Administrative Agent may send to the Borrower an Applicable Margin Change Notice, and such Applicable Margin Change Notice shall become effective on the date that is the later to occur of the following (such later date with respect to such Applicable Margin Change Notice, the “Applicable Margin Change Effective Date”): (i) the date specified as such in such Applicable Margin Change Notice, and (ii) the 179th day after the date of such Applicable Margin Change Notice.
(b) At any time and from time to time the Administrative Agent may send to the Borrower a Commitment Fee Change Notice, and such Commitment Fee Change Notice shall become effective on the date that is the later to occur of the following (such latest date with respect to such Commitment Fee Change Notice, the “Commitment Fee Change Effective Date”): (i) the date specified as such in such Commitment Fee Change Notice, and (ii) the 179th day after the date of such Commitment Fee Change Notice.
Pricing Changes. In the case of annual or multi-year licenses, the agreed annual Fee shall automatically increase by 7.5% at the beginning of the second term of the license and by 7.5% in each of the subsequent years based on the Fee in effect at the respective renewal date. For monthly licenses, the agreed monthly Fee shall automatically increase by 7.5% at the beginning of every 13th month of the license based on the license Fee in effect at the respective renewal date.
Pricing Changes. (a) The Licensor may change the pricing of time and Dongles under 7.1 at its sole and absolute discretion.
(b) New pricing will be applicable to the next purchase of time or a Dongle made by the Licensor.
Pricing Changes. Support Services pricing is subject to change, at any time during or following the Initial Support Term, based upon deletions or addition of Equipment and Software as per condition 3. In addition, unless otherwise provided in the Agreement, Miraclon reserves the right to review the Support Fee at any time during the term of the Agreement. If, as a result of this review Customer’ price changes, then Miraclon will give Customer written notice of these changes at least 30 days before the change is implemented.
Pricing Changes. When the change affects pricing, the written approval must be in the form of a Purchase Order issued by Silk Road Medical. Supplier shall provide Silk Road Medical with a quote for all costs associated with any requested changes. Upon Supplier’s receipt of a Purchase Order for any changes issued by Silk Road Medical, Supplier will initiate and complete the specified changes.
Pricing Changes. The Parties agree that should minimum wage --------------- requirements directly impacting the CSRs and TMRs performing Services under this Agreement increase more than [REDACTED DUE TO REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] over minimum wage as of the Implementation Date, the Parties will mutually agree to modify RMH's telemarketing and customer service pricing structure set out in Schedule C to cover that increase.
Pricing Changes. 23.1 Job Order Contractor, in connection with any proposal it makes for a Job Order change shall furnish a price breakdown itemized as required by Owner. Pricing for such changes shall be based on quantities mutually agreed to by Job Order Contractor and Owner. To reach such an agreement regarding pricing, the Parties may utilize the rates contained in the Unit Price Book, with modifications by the appropriate city cost index and applicable coefficient(s).
23.2 Job Order Contractor shall furnish to the Owner a written proposal for any proposed extension in the period of performance. The proposal shall contain a price breakdown and period of performance extension justification.
Pricing Changes. Any changes to the prices as determined by the NDIA will automatically increase or decrease at the time of the change.
Pricing Changes. Client will pay Data Virtuality the Fees on an annual basis in the amount set forth in the Offer. After the conclusion of the Initial Term, Data Virtuality may adjust the Fees applicable during any Renewal Term upon written notice provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current Initial Term or Renewal Term.
Pricing Changes. Customers will receive notice of changes in pricing for Services at least ninety (90) days before each anniversary of the Subscription Term Start Date applicable to such Services.
