Pricing for Requested Changes. Where a Board change request includes an increase in the scope of the previously contemplated Deliverables, the Board shall set out, in its change request, the proposed prices for the contemplated changes. Where the Rates in effect at the time of the change request (a) include pricing for the particular type of goods or services contemplated in the change request, the Supplier shall not unreasonably refuse to provide those goods or services at prices consistent with those Rates; or (b) are silent to the applicable price for the particular goods or services contemplated in the change request, the price shall be negotiated between the Board and the Supplier within a reasonable period of time and in any event, such change request shall not become effective until a written amendment reflecting the change has been executed by the parties.
