Pricing Schedules. A “Pricing Schedule” means a pricing schedule or Sales Agreement (including related attachments) or other document that is attached to or is later executed by the parties and references this Agreement. A Pricing Schedule identifies the applicable Carrier Services, the pricing (including discounts and commitments, if applicable) for such Carrier Services and the term during which such Carrier Services are purchased (“Pricing Schedule Term”).
