Common use of Pricing Structure and Price change disputes Clause in Contracts

Pricing Structure and Price change disputes. Once a change to a Pricing Structure has been finalised in accordance with clause 7.4, or a Price change is notified in accordance with clause 7.5, the Trader may raise a Dispute under clause 23 in respect of the Pricing Structure or the Price change only if the Trader considers that the Distributor has not complied with clause 7.4 or 7.5 (as the case may be). If a Dispute is raised, the Trader must continue to pay the Distributor's Tax Invoices until the Dispute is resolved.
