Pricing Structure and Price change disputes. Once a change to a Pricing Structure has been finalised in accordance with Schedule 6.3.4, or a Price change is notified in accordance with Schedule 6.3.5, the Retailer may raise a Dispute under clause 17 in respect of the Pricing Structure or the Price change only if the Retailer considers that the Distributor has not complied with Schedule 6.3.4 or 6.3.5 (as the case may be). If a Dispute is raised, the Retailer must continue to pay the Distributor's Invoices until the Dispute is resolved.
