Common use of Print Clause in Contracts

Print. The Business Coach or Sister must not, in any circumstances: offer any financial support including financial gifts or finance loans of any amount; offer any technology by way of a gift or loan such as computers, mobile phones or any other device; offer financial services or products including credit cards or debit cards. Each party to this agreement acknowledges and agrees that all Intellectual Property created as a result of, or in connection with this agreement and the Program, will vest in and are assigned to the party of its creation. 'Intellectual Property' includes patents, copyrights, registered designs, trademarks and the right to have Confidential Information kept confidential; and any application or right to apply for registration of any of those rights.
