PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. Within forty-five (45) calendar days following the ratification of this agreement, the Employer shall cause to be printed in pocket-sized booklet form, or such other form as mutually agreed, sufficient copies of this agreement and distribute them to the employees affected. Newly hired employees engaged after distribution has taken place will be given a copy of the agreement by the Employer. An additional one hundred (100) copies annually shall be forwarded to the Secretary of the Union. The cost of printing the collective agreements shall be cost-shared equally by the Union and the Employer.
