Common use of PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED Clause in Contracts

PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes any other agreements, oral or written, entered into between Employee and the Company prior to the date of this Agreement relating thereto.
