PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED. This contract constitutes the sole agreement of the parties hereto for the services authorized herein and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral contracts between the parties respecting the subject matter defined herein.

PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED. This Escrow Agreement constitutes the sole agreement of the Parties hereto with respect to the subject matter set forth herein and supersedes any prior understandings or written or oral contracts between the Parties respecting such subject matter and no other agreement entered into between the other Parties or either of them with any other person or entity, including, without limitation, the Second ARCA, shall be considered as adopted or binding, in whole or in part, upon the Escrow Agent notwithstanding that any such other agreement may be deposited with the Escrow Agent or the Escrow Agent may have knowledge thereof.
PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED. This Contract and the attachments constitute the sole and only agreement between Contractor and Owner with respect to the subject matter of this Contract and supersede any prior understandings or written or oral contracts respecting the subject matter of this Contract.
PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED. This Contract shall supersede any and all prior contracts other than “Single Case Agreements” for commissions on groups and /or individual policies or contracts between the parties hereto, whether written or oral, regarding the services of the Agent performed for the Company with respect to such products, except that commissions payable to the Agent by the Company under prior written contracts between the parties hereto shall continue to be governed by the terms and provisions of such prior Contracts.
PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED. As of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Existing Contract, and all amendments or modifications thereto, shall be superseded by this Agreement.
PRIOR CONTRACTS SUPERSEDED. This Agreement shall supersede any and all prior Contracts between the parties hereto, whether written or oral, regarding the services of the Agency performed for the Company with respect to such products. This Agreement and its attachments constitute the entire agreement between the parties hereto and are subject to termination by either party upon written notice to the other party. All previous agreements are void and replaced by this agreement.
