Common use of PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED Clause in Contracts

PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED. This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreement(s) or representation(s), written or oral, between Proven Winners and Customer which addressed the same or similar subject matter as is set forth in this Agreement or which could be construed as a previous version of this Agreement.

PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED. This Agreement constitutes the sole and only understandings or written or oral agreements between the parties and supersedes any and all prior agreement(s) understandings or representation(s), written or oral, agreements between Proven Winners and Customer which addressed the same or similar parties respecting the subject matter as is set forth in this Agreement or which could be construed as a previous version of this Agreement.

PRIOR AGREEMENTS SUPERSEDED. This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreement(s) understandings or representation(s), written or oraloral agreements amongst the Partners, between Proven Winners and Customer which addressed or any of them, respecting the same or similar within subject matter as is set forth in this Agreement or which could be construed as a previous version of this Agreementand contains the entire understanding amongst the Partners with respect thereto.

This Agreement supersedes any and all prior agreement(s) understandings or representation(s), written or oraloral agreements amongst the Partners, between Proven Winners and Customer which addressed or any of them, respecting the same or similar within subject matter as is set forth in this Agreement or which could be construed as a previous version of this Agreementand contains the entire understanding amongst the Partners with respect to thereto.
