Prior to mobilisation. the Owner shall supply to the Hirer all completed Hirer forms (available from the Hirer on request), including the following: a. Minimum Site Requirements for Hire Plant and Equipment; b. Risk Assessment; and c. Weed & Seed Hygiene Certificate.
