Common use of Prior to Renewal Clause in Contracts

Prior to Renewal. Except in the case of a month-to-month term, either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party at least (60) days prior to the end of the then current term. For month-to-month terms, the Client may provide thirty (30) days prior written notice to terminate this Agreement. For greater certainty, such notice may be given prior to the end of such current term, but will only take effect at the end of the then current term.
