The first being to produce a more detailed work plan for the task group and the second being to prepare for submission to MOP9 an operational guidance for Contracting Parties on how to implement the adopted priorities. All those present agreed to this approach. Decisions: Under TC Working Group 1, the delineation of biogeographical populations of the European Shag as presented in option D of document AEWA/TC18.12 was approved. Under TC Working Group 4, the Draft ToR for a Review of the Nature and Extent of Waterbird Harvest and the Socio-economic Importance of Waterbirds as presented in document AEWA/TC18.16 Ins.1 was approved. Under TC Working Group 1, the Draft ToR on a Guidance on Adaptive Management as presented in document 18.17 Ins.1 was approved. Under TC Working Group 2, two additional sub-tasks under task 2.5. Priorities for seabird conservation were approved.
