Common use of PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS Clause in Contracts

PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS. If this agreement includes services in excess of $200,000, the Subrecipient shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Section Code 11200 in accordance with Public Contract Code § 10353.

PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS. If this agreement includes services in excess of $200,000, the Subrecipient Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Section Code 11200 in accordance with Public Contract Code § 10353.

If this agreement contract includes services in excess of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), the Subrecipient Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the agreement contract to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section Code 11200 in accordance with Public Contract Code PCC § 10353.

PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS. If this agreement Agreement includes services in excess of $200,000, the Subrecipient Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the agreement Agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Section Code 11200 in accordance with Public Contract Code § §10353.

If this agreement Contract includes services in excess of $200,000, the Subrecipient Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the agreement Contract to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code Section Code 11200 in accordance with Public Contract Code § PCC Section 11200 in accordance with PCC Section 10353.

PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS. If this subgrant agreement includes services in excess of $200,000, the Subrecipient Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the subgrant agreement to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Section Code Code§ 11200 in accordance with Public Pub. Contract Code § Code§ 10353.

PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS. If this agreement contract includes services in excess of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000), the Subrecipient Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the agreement contract to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) Section Code 11200 11200, et seq. in accordance with Public Contract Code § PCC Section 10353.
