Common use of Priority Pass Airport Lounge Access Clause in Contracts

Priority Pass Airport Lounge Access. If your Rewards Program tier is Air or Fire, you will be eligible to sign up for a complimentary, one-year Priority Pass membership offered by Priority Pass Limited. An active Priority Pass membership provides you with access to over 1,000 VIP airport lounges and lounge amenities worldwide. In addition to your complimentary membership, you will receive five (5) free visits to airport lounges if your Rewards Program tier is Air and ten (10) free visits if your Rewards Program tier is Fire. You may also bring one guest per visit free of charge. Your guest’s visit will be counted toward your allotment of free visits. Your Card will be charged $32 per visit per person after you have used your free visits. You will receive an invitation to activate your complimentary Priority Pass membership within two (2) business days after you pay the Annual Fee associated with your Air or Fire Rewards Program tier. The invitation will contain a website address, unique activation code, and instructions for activating your membership. You will also need to download the Priority Pass mobile application to your mobile device from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to use your membership. If your Air or Fire Rewards Program tier is renewed, you will be eligible for another complimentary, one-year Priority Pass membership. If you close your Account, your Priority Pass membership and any unused free visits will be canceled.
