Privacy and Account Confidentiality. (a) Information that identifies the parties to any Account is confidential and exempt from Section (b) The Board may authorize the release of such information to perform its duties or responsibilities or for the Program to: (1) verify a party to the Account, (2) verify eligibility, (3) permit the use of an Account, or (4) provide additional services for the Account.
