Privacy and Personal Data Collection. The School must comply with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Xxx 0000 (“PDPA”) relating to the collection, use, disclosure and security of your personal data. The PDPA recognises the Parents, Guardians and/or Students’ rights to access and correct their personal data held by the school as well as the needs of the school to collect, use and disclose their personal data for legitimate purposes of the school.

  • Privacy and Personal Information We respect Your privacy and will only use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and in accordance with Our Privacy Policy. We will otherwise comply with all relevant privacy legislation in relation to Your personal information. Unless We are permitted to do otherwise under this Contract, We will keep Your information confidential. In particular We will keep Your information confidential unless: a) We have Your prior written consent; or b) the Law (including any regulatory, accounting, governmental, Ministerial or stock exchange requirement) requires or permits Us to disclose certain information; or c) We need to use the information for Our regulatory reporting or compliance, or in any legal or regulatory proceedings; or d) the information is already in the public domain; or e) We believe You have used electricity illegally and, as a result, We provide relevant information to the Economic Regulation Authority or the Director of Energy Safety; or f) We use the information for business purposes. g) You have not paid Your electricity bill, and We disclose information to a credit reporting agency, but We will not provide information about a default to a credit reporting agency if: (i) You have made a complaint in good faith about the default and the complaint has not been resolved; or (ii) You have requested Us to review Your electricity bill and the review is not yet completed. To ensure your information remains confidential, we will: 1) Provide Our staff with training around Australian Privacy Principles to ensure Your privacy is maintained; 2) Maintain up to date protection software for all electronically stored information; 3) Where possible, hold Your information on Our internal company network to minimise the risk of an electronic breach, or alternatively use secure, encrypted data centres; 4) Protect all of Our electronic data which contains Your information with passwords. The availability of these passwords will only be provided to staff that require access to the information for ongoing operational purposes; 5) Request that any third parties who require access to Your information provide assurances that they will comply with the Privacy Act; 6) Once no longer required for Our business or compliance purposes, We will destroy Your information as soon as practicable.   • Collection of Personal Information 10.1 The Subscriber acknowledges and consents to the fact that the Issuer is collecting the Subscriber’s personal information for the purpose of fulfilling this Agreement and completing the Offering. The Subscriber acknowledges that its personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) may be included in record books in connection with the Offering and may be disclosed by the Issuer to: (a) stock exchanges or securities regulatory authorities, (b) the Issuer's registrar and transfer agent, (c) tax authorities, (d) authorities pursuant to the PATRIOT Act (U.S.A.) and (e) any of the other parties involved in the Offering, including the Issuer’s Counsel. By executing this Agreement, the Subscriber is deemed to be consenting to the foregoing collection, use and disclosure of the Subscriber's personal information (and, if applicable, the personal information of those on whose behalf the Subscriber is contracting hereunder) for the foregoing purposes and to the retention of such personal information for as long as permitted or required by applicable laws. Notwithstanding that the Subscriber may be purchasing the Note as agent on behalf of an undisclosed principal, the Subscriber agrees to provide, on request, particulars as to the nature and identity of such undisclosed principal, and any interest that such undisclosed principal has in the Issuer, all as may be required by the Issuer in order to comply with the foregoing. 10.2 Furthermore, the Subscriber is hereby notified that the Issuer may deliver to any government authority having jurisdiction over the Issuer, the Subscriber or this Subscription, including the SEC and/or any state securities commissions, certain personal information pertaining to the Subscriber, including the Subscriber’s full name, residential address and telephone number, the number of Shares or other securities of the Issuer owned by the Subscriber, the principal amount of Note purchased by the Subscriber, the total Subscription Amount paid for the Note and the date of distribution of the Note.

  • Information Collection Information collection activities performed under this award are the responsibility of the awardee, and NSF support of the project does not constitute NSF approval of the survey design, questionnaire content or information collection procedures. The awardee shall not represent to respondents that such information is being collected for or in association with the National Science Foundation or any other Government agency without the specific written approval of such information collection plan or device by the Foundation. This requirement, however, is not intended to preclude mention of NSF support of the project in response to an inquiry or acknowledgment of such support in any publication of this information.

  • User Data We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

  • Personal Information security breach Supplier/Service Provider’s Obligations a) The Supplier/Service Provider shall notify the Information Officer of Transnet, in writing as soon as possible after it becomes aware of or suspects any loss, unauthorised access or unlawful use of any personal data and shall, at its own cost, take all necessary remedial steps to mitigate the extent of the loss or compromise of personal data and to restore the integrity of the affected Goods/Services as quickly as is possible. The Supplier/Service Provider shall also be required to provide Transnet with details of the persons affected by the compromise and the nature and extent of the compromise, including details of the identity of the unauthorised person who may have accessed or acquired the personal data. b) The Supplier/Service Provider shall provide on-going updates on its progress in resolving the compromise at reasonable intervals until such time as the compromise is resolved. c) Where required, the Supplier/Service Provider may be required to notify the South African Police Service; and/or the State Security Agency and where applicable, the relevant regulator and/or the affected persons of the security breach. Any such notification shall always include sufficient information to allow the persons to take protective measures against the potential consequences of the compromise. d) The Supplier/Service Provider undertakes to co‑operate in any investigation relating to security which is carried out by or on behalf of Transnet including providing any information or material in its possession or control and implementing new security measures.

  • Privacy Statement The Parties agree to keep all information related to the signing and fulfillment of this Agreement confidential, and not to disclose it to any third parties, except for subcontractors involved in this agreement, unless prior written consent is obtained from the other Party.   • Privacy of Customer Information The Seller’s Customer Information in the possession of the Administrative Agent or the Buyers, other than information independently obtained by the Administrative Agent or the Buyers and not derived in any manner from or using information obtained under or in connection with this Agreement, is and shall remain confidential and proprietary information of the Seller. Except in accordance with this Section 16.9, the Administrative Agent and the Buyers shall not use any Seller’s Customer Information for any purpose, including the marketing of products or services to, or the solicitation of business from, Customers, or disclose any Seller’s Customer Information to any Person, including any of the Administrative Agent’s or the Buyers’ employees, agents or contractors or any third party not affiliated with the Administrative Agent or a Buyer. The Administrative Agent and the Buyers may use or disclose Seller’s Customer Information only to the extent necessary (i) for examination and audit of the Administrative Agent’s or the Buyers’ respective activities, books and records by their regulatory authorities, (ii) to market or sell Purchased Mortgage Loans or to enforce or exercise their rights under any Repurchase Document, (iii) to carry out the Administrative Agent’s, the Buyers’ and the Custodian’s express rights and obligations under this Agreement and the other Repurchase Documents (including providing Seller’s Customer Information to Approved Investors), or (iv) in connection with an assignment or participation as authorized by Section 22 or in connection with any hedging transaction related to the Purchased Loans and for no other purpose; provided that the Administrative Agent and the Buyers may also use and disclose the Seller’s Customer Information as expressly permitted by the Seller in writing, to the extent that such express permission is in accordance with the Privacy Requirements. The Administrative Agent and the Buyers shall ensure that each Person to which the Administrative Agent or a Buyer intends to disclose Seller’s Customer Information, before any such disclosure of information, agrees to keep confidential any such Seller’s Customer Information and to use or disclose such Seller’s Customer Information only to the extent necessary to protect or exercise the Administrative Agents, the Buyers’ or the Custodian’s rights and privileges, or to carry out the Administrative Agent’s, the Buyers’ and the Custodian’s express obligations, under this Agreement and the other Repurchase Documents (including providing Seller’s Customer Information to Approved Investors). The Administrative Agent agrees to maintain an Information Security Program and to assess, manage and control risks relating to the security and confidentiality of Seller’s Customer Information pursuant to such program in the same manner as the Administrative Agent does in respect of its own customers’ information, and shall implement the standards relating to such risks in the manner set forth in the Interagency Guidelines Establishing Standards for Safeguarding Company Customer Information set forth in 12 C.F.R. Parts 30, 208, 211, 225, 263, 308, 364, 568 and 570. Without limiting the scope of the foregoing sentence, the Administrative Agent and the Buyers shall use at least the same physical and other security measures to protect all of the Seller’s Customer Information in their possession or control as each of them uses for its own customers’ confidential and proprietary information.
