Privacy Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation. Taking into account the nature of the Services and the information available to AWS, AWS will assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation pursuant to Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR, by providing the information AWS makes available under this Section 10.
Privacy Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation. The information made available by 4me under this Section 9 is intended to assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations under the GDPR with respect to data protection impact assessments and prior consultation.

Taking into account the nature of the Software and the Services and the information available to Ermetic, Ermetic will reasonably assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation pursuant to Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR, by providing the applicable information Ermetic makes available under this Section 12.
Privacy Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation. Taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to MBBM VAS, MBBM VAS will assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation.

Taking into account the nature of the Services and the information available to Coalfire, Coalfire will assist Client in complying with Client’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation pursuant to Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR, by providing the information Coalfire makes available under Section 11, Security Audits.
Privacy Impact Assessment and Prior Consultation. To the extent required by Privacy Laws, Dell shall provide reasonable assistance to Customer to carry out a data protection impact assessment in relation to the Processing of Personal Data undertaken by Dell and/or any required prior consultation(s) with supervisory authorities. Dell reserves the right to charge Customer a reasonable fee for the provision of such assistance.

Taking into account the nature of the Services and the information available to Mirantis, Mirantis will assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation pursuant to Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR, by providing the information regarding the Services that are not generally available to the Customer. Mirantis’ assistance under this Section can be provided as a separate service and subject to a reasonable compensation of the actual effort spent by Mirantis on such a service.

Taking into account the nature of the Services and the information available to Zyxel, Zyxel will assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation pursuant to Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR, by providing the information Zyxel makes available under this Section 9.

Taking into account the nature of the Services and the information available to GameSparks, GameSparks will assist Customer in complying with Customer’s obligations in respect of data protection impact assessments and prior consultation pursuant to Articles 35 and 36 of the GDPR, by providing the information GameSparks makes available under this Section 10.
