Assistance to Customer. Taking into account the nature of the Processing and the information available to Telstra, Telstra will, upon Customer’s written request, provide information necessary to enable Customer to comply with legal obligations applicable to Customer to conduct and document data protection and risk assessments under applicable U.S. Privacy Laws.

Assistance to Customer. Trimble shall assist Customer in ensuring compliance with the obligations regarding security of Processing, notification and communication of Personal Data breaches, data protection impact assessments and prior consultations with the supervisory authority pursuant to the Data Protection Laws and Regulations.
Assistance to Customer. OpenAI will provide reasonable assistance to Customer regarding: a. information necessary, taking into account the nature of the processing, to respond to requests received pursuant to Data Protection Laws from Customer’s data subjects in respect of access to or the rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, blocking or deletion of Customer Data that OpenAI processes for Customer. In the event that a data subject sends such a request directly to OpenAI, OpenAI will promptly send such request to Customer; b. the investigation of any breach of OpenAI’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or unauthorized access to Customer Data processed by OpenAI for Customer (a “Personal Data Breach”); and c. where appropriate, the preparation of data protection impact assessments with respect to the processing of Customer Data by OpenAI and, where necessary, carrying out consultations with any supervisory authority with jurisdiction over such processing.
Assistance to Customer. 8.1 Upon written request of Customer and subject to reasonable remuneration which shall be subject to a separate agreement, PacketFabric shall assist Customer in ensuring compliance with any obligations applicable to Customer as per Articles 32 (Security of processing) 35 (Data protection impact assessment) and 36 (Prior consultation) GDPR, taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to PacketFabric. To the extent any other applicable data privacy law requires PacketFabric to assist Customer in ensuring compliance with such law, PacketFabric shall provide the mandatory assistance to Customer, subject to a separate agreement.
Assistance to Customer. 9.1 Taking into account the nature of the Services and the processing, Cleura shall assist Customer by appropriate technical and organisational measures, insofar as this is possible, in the fulfilment of the controller’s obligations to respond to requests for exercising the data subject’s rights laid down in Chapter III GDPR. This entails that Cleura shall, insofar as this is possible, assist Customer in the controller’s compliance with: a) the right to be informed when collecting personal data from the data subject, b) the right to be informed when personal data have not been obtained from the data subject, c) the right of access by the data subject, d) the right to rectification, e) the right to erasure (‘the right to be forgotten’), f) the right to restriction of processing, g) notification obligation regarding rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing, h) the right to data portability, i) the right to object, and j) the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling. 9.2 Customer acknowledges that when the Services involve the infrastructure or platform layer, Customer’s visibility into the day-to-day processing may be at a better level than Cleura’s. Customer may thus be better positioned to assist the controller in fulfilling data subject rights. For measures that may be required at the level of the Services, such as deletion of a virtual machine, Customer shall familiarise itself with the tools provided by Cleura as part of the Services to determine if and how they can be used to fulfil data subject rights, and make manual requests for assistance if these tools are insufficient. 9.3 Cleura shall, taking into account the nature of the processing and the information available to Cleura, assist Customer in ensuring the controller’s compliance with: a) the controller’s obligation to without undue delay and, where feasible, not later than 72 hours after having become aware of it, notify a personal data breach to the competent supervisory authority, unless the personal data breach is unlikely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, b) the controller’s obligation to without undue delay communicate the personal data breach to the data subject, when the personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, c) the controller’s obligation to carry out an assessment of the impact of the envisaged processing op...
Assistance to Customer. 9.1 If We receive a request from a data subject concerning personal data processed under these Data Processing Terms, We shall without undue delay forward the request to the Customer. 9.2 We shall, to a reasonable degree, assist the Customer in safeguarding the rights of data subjects in accordance with Applicable Data Protection Law, including, the right of access, the right to request rectification or erasure of their own personal data, and the right to request restriction of processing of their personal data. 9.3 We shall assist the Customer in ensuring compliance with the Customer's obligations pursuant to GDPR Articles 32 to 36 taking into account the nature of processing and the information available to Us. 9.4 We may charge the Customer a reasonable fee for assistance described above, which shall be agreed between the parties in advance.
Assistance to Customer. In the event of any litigation or related dispute surrounding Customer’s client data, Right Networks will reasonably cooperate with Customer, at Customer’s expense, in assisting Customer to retain, preserve, access and provide any such data in connection with the dispute. Customer agrees to provide Right Networks with reasonable advance notice of document production requirements in order to meet all legal deadlines. All information exchanged in connection with this provision shall be protected as Proprietary Information under the provisions of Section 5 above.
