Privacy Insurance. If this Contract includes a HIPAA Business Associates Addendum exhibit, Contractor shall obtain and maintain during the term of this Contract liability insurance covering all loss of Protected Health Information data and claims based upon alleged violations of privacy rights through improper use or disclosure of Protected Health Information with a minimum annual limit of $1,000,000.
