Common use of Privacy Management plans Clause in Contracts

Privacy Management plans. The parties agree to update and periodically review their privacy management plans or other relevant policy documents so that any person can ascertain whether Service NSW or the Council holds personal information relating to that person and if so, the nature of the information, the main purposes for which it is used and the person’s entitlement to access the information, in relation to the services covered by this Agreement.
