  • Privacy Rule “Privacy Rule” shall mean the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 Code of Federal Regulations Part 160 and Part 164, Subparts A and E.

  • Data Protection and Privacy: Protected Health Information Party shall maintain the privacy and security of all individually identifiable health information acquired by or provided to it as a part of the performance of this Agreement. Party shall follow federal and state law relating to privacy and security of individually identifiable health information as applicable, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and its federal regulations.

  • Privacy Act If performance involves design, development or operation of a system of records on individuals, this Agreement incorporates by reference FAR 52.224-1 Privacy Act Notification (Apr 1984) and FAR 52.224-2 Privacy Act (Apr 1984).

  • Privacy Shield To the extent that MailChimp processes any Customer Data protected by EU Data Protection Law under the Agreement and/or that originates from the EEA, in a country that has not been designated by the European Commission or Swiss Federal Data Protection Authority (as applicable) as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data, the parties acknowledge that MailChimp shall be deemed to provide adequate protection (within the meaning of EU Data Protection Law) for any such Customer Data by virtue of having self-certified its compliance with Privacy Shield.   • Privacy Laws The Dealer Manager and Dealer (each referred to individually in this section as “party”) agree as follows:
