PRIVATE AND GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS. (a) In the event the Employer wishes to participate in any training program for the benefit of persons who will not be directly employed by the Employer, and who will not receive remuneration of any kind from the Employer, and where such program is subsidized by the Government of Canada, by the Government of British Columbia, or by some other private or public body, and whether such program is delivered directly by one of such bodies or indirectly by some other agency, the Employer shall provide the Union with advance notice of its intention, and shall advise the body or agency which will be delivering the training program, of the requirement that such body or agency secure the approval of the Union for the delivery of the program.
