AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. (a) Upon notice in writing from the Union to the Em- ployer that an employee: is not a member of the Union; has not signed a written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees; has revoked written assignment of wages to pay initiation fees, Union dues or Union assessments; is suspended from the Union; has been expelled from the Union; or
AN EMPLOYEE'S FAILURE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP IN GOOD STANDING. In the event of suspension, expulsion for cause, or resignation from the Union of an employee covered by this Agreement, upon notice in writing from the Union to that effect, the Employer shall immediately discontinue the employment of such employee.
