Common use of Private Line Service Clause in Contracts

Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay recurring per-circuit mile charges ranging from $0.85 to $8.00 for domestic DS1 and DS3 Private Line. Minimum circuit charges ranging from $350 to $1,900 applies. Customer certifies that the OC3 Private Line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $0.00 and per-circuit mile charges ranging from charge of $0.85 to 5.50 for Interstate DS-3 Private Line Service. A DS-3 circuit minimum of $8.00 for domestic DS1 and DS3 Private Line1,400 per month is required. Minimum circuit charges ranging from $350 to $1,900 applies. The Customer certifies that the OC3 Private Line any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.. Discounts:

Customer certifies that the OC3 Private Line any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.

Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit mile circuit minimum charges ranging from $0.85 300 to $8.00 for domestic DS1 1,600 and DS3 Private Line.
