Global Data Link Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $930 to $3,785 for T1, E1 and 1.024 Mbps Global Data Link Service between 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company. Discounts:
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,925 for DS-1 Global Data Link circuits at 6 NPA/NXX locations originating in the United States and terminating in the United Kingdom and the Philippines. Discounts:
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $4,500 for DS-3 Global Data Link Service originating in the United States and terminating in Canada. Access is not included and is an additional charge.
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any rates, discounts or promotions, the Customer will be charged a fixed monthly recurring charge of $3,500 for DS3 Global Data Link service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company, based on originating and terminating locations. Global Data Link (“GDL”): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IOC charge equal to $2,800 for DS3 Global Data Link Services between 2 New York and United Kingdom location pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Discounts:
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring local loop charge of $22,280 for DS-3 Global Data Link Service terminating in Ireland. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring IOC charge of $2,313 for E1 Global Data Link terminating in the Philippines. The Company will waive the installation charge. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring local loop charge of $6,950 for DS-3 Global Data Link Service terminating in Ireland. Discounts:
Global Data Link Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $1,102 to $1,400 for DS-1 Interstate Private Line Service between Canada and Arizona. Customer certifies that any private line service will carry more than 10% interstate traffic.
Global Data Link Service. For Customer’s Global Data Link Service circuit from Auburndale, Florida to U.S. Virgin Islands, St. Xxxxxx, Customer shall pay a fixed monthly charge of $2,097 for one 128K Circuit (IOC only). This rate will thereafter remain fixed for such circuit, provided such rate shall not include PTT access or backhaul charges.
Global Data Link Service. The Customer will be charge a fixed monthly recurring $10,236 for Global Data Link Service usage based on circuit type E-1 and terminating in Venezuela.
Global Data Link Service. Standard rates in effect at the time of installation of each particular circuit for Global Data Link Service usage.
