Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $239.00 to $289.00 for DS1 Metro Private Line Service between 2 CLLI code locations pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Customer will receive three (3) year Term associated with Metro Private Line Service. Discounts:
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of all other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charge ranging from $210 to $2,000 for T1 and 10M Metro Private Line Service between 16 pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and the Company.
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates or discounts, the Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $272 for Metro Private Line Service at 6 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Discounts:
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charges ranging from $2,456.25 to $3,975.62 for Type 1 and Type 2 DS-3 service between 2 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $191.70 per-circuit service at 2 locations mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring per-circuit charge of $303.30 for DS1 service between 2 mutually agreed upon locations by Customer and Company.
Metro Private Line Service. MCI WorldCom will provide Metro Private Line Access Service pursuant to the MFS Telecom FCC Tariff No. 2 and all other applicable US Tariffs. Type 1 discounts set forth herein apply when both terminating locations of the circuit are “On-Net” (i.e., MCI WorldCom owns the entire local loop), as verified by reference to MCI WorldCom location records. Type 2 rates set forth herein apply when one terminating location in On-Net and one terminating location is local exchange carrier-owned and leased by MCI WorldCom for Customer’s use. Collocation installation fees are not waived under this Agreement (except to the extent the Installation Waivers herein apply). Except as specifically set forth herein, Metro Private Line Services will be provided at standard tariffed rates.
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring charge of $1,058 for DS-3 Metro Private Line service at 1 CLLI code pair/Circuit ID mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. Classifications, Practices and Regulations:

In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed month recurring per circuit charge ranging from $3,858 to $11,605 and a non-recurring charge of $1,200 for 100 Mbps and 1 Gig Metro Private Line Service at 4 location pairs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. A one year term applies for 3 of the 4 location pairs. The term is not applicable to one of the location pairs.

Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of all other rates, discounts and promotions, Customer will pay the monthly recurring charges ranging from $912 to $47,697 for DWDM, for each Metro Private Line Service set forth below: Base System Connections List Rate Ring
Metro Private Line Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay a fixed monthly recurring IXC charge of $1,000 for DS-3 Metro Private Line Service between 2 NPA/NXX pairs mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. Access is not eligible and is additional. Customer certifies that any private line circuit will carry more than 10% interstate traffic. Metro Private Line – Dedicated Multi-Point Service (DMS) - SONET: Customer will pay: (i) a non-recurring set up fee of $24,378.00; (ii) a one-time special build charge of $38,008.00; and (iii) a monthly recurring charge of $61,625.00 for a DMS SONET ring (V096) which connects to 5 locations in Ohio and provides one (1) hub connection bandwidth. Customer agrees to purchase and maintain the Metro Private Line – DMS Sonet service for a minimum of twenty-four (24) months from the Service Activation Date. If the Agreement terminates or expires prior to expiration of the 24 Month MPL Term, the Service Attachment shall continue in full force and effect under the terms and conditions of the Agreement for the remainder of the 24 Month MPL Term.
