Neither Sponsor nor the Houston Rockets shall be responsible for any expenses associated with any Prize, including but not limited to travel accommodations, transportation expenses, or food and beverage, unless explicitly stated in these Official Rules. The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible Entries received. The Winner may not sell, assign, transfer or substitute the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) or redeem the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) for cash value.
